Our traditional focaccia topped with sharp cheddar and za’atar infused olive oil.

Za’atar is a Middle Eastern spice mix containing dred herbs, sesame seeds, and sumac. Mixed with sharp cheddar cheese, it adds a wonderful depth to our fluffy focaccia!

100% naturally fermented with no added sugars, commercial yeast, or preservatives.
